Indications for Use for Neocate Junior Formula with Prebiotics

• Cow milk allergy
• Multiple food allergies
• Related GI and allergic conditions:
• Eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE)
• Food protein-induced enterocolitis syndrome (FPIES)
• Gastroesophageal reflux (GER)
• Short bowel syndrome (SBS)
• Malabsorption

Directions for Preparation and Use:

The amount of Neocate to take should be determined by a healthcare professional and is dependent on the age, body weight and medical condition of the patient. Neocate® Junior provides complete or supplemental nutritional support for children over 1 year of age. Use under medical supervision. For oral and tube feeding only; not for parenteral use.

For oral or tube feeding:

1. Measure the required amount of warm or cool water into a container.
2. Add the prescribed amount of Neocate® Junior to the water.
3. Stir, or cover and shake, until the powder has dissolved.

If taken orally, Neocate® Junior is best served chilled. Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard.

The recommended standard dilution is 30 kcal/fl oz. This can be achieved by mixing 1 unpacked, level scoop of powder to each fluid ounce of water, as in the following table:
