Nepro with Carb Steady is specifically designed and clinically shown to meet the needs and altered metabolism of people on dialysis. In a study of Nepro as a sole-source nutrition, people on dialysis had improved calcium-phosphate product, decreased phosphate binder use, and less constipation. 

Intented Use:

• For tube or oral feeding.
• For supplemental or sole-source nutrition.

Preparation:

Oral Feeding:

• May be used for total or supplemental nutrition.
• May be fed at room temperature or chilled.

Tube Feeding:

• Adjust flow rate and volume according to patient's condition and tolerance.
• Pump feed at room temperature with 8 Fr or larger tube.
• When used as a sole source of nutrition, additional water may be required and can be met by giving water between or after feedings or when flushing the tube.
• Avoid contamination during preparation and use.
